Until I started my journey of healing and discovered my TRUE identity in Christ and the Purpose he had for my life...

It all started...

5 years ago as a very active member in the Church I battled with depression and severe anxiety. I was consumed with pride, guilt, unforgiveness & shame.

Too afraid to reach out for help, afraid of being judged. It came to a point when I began to question the reason for my existence. This led me on a lonely journey to seek God’s face in sincerity.

I had a great job working with the NHS, married with 2 children. However, I had no joy and felt very un-fulfilled.

I was fed up with just attending Church day in and day out, hiding under it's umbrella. I wanted to be real, honest with myself and with God, no more façade. Desperate to heal from all the hurt and pain I was feeling, I was ready, ready to un-learn, re-learn and align with my purpose. I was ready to be transformed by the renewing of my mind. I was ready to become a doer of the word and not just a hearer. I was tired and fed up with doing things on my own.

And..

My soul was dying and I needed to be rescued. My home was affected, my marriage broke down and I was helpless.

I was desperate for a change, so I started seeking answers, I started reading books, learning more about prayer, and finding ways to study the Bible more effectively.

Like you, I began to search for Christian Coaches and Mentors to help me. This was definitely a big step for me because I was so afraid of opening up.

To be quite honest, I had the mindset that they didn't have anything to offer me because I had been in Church for years, so I knew it all...

I WAS WRONG

So, I hired my first Christian Coach, (Coach Laura Liles). It was very important to me that the teachings were biblically aligned.
