My teachings and principles are based on the word of God (The Bible). This is the foundation of all that we do. We accept the word of The Bible as our guide. We extract Life-changing Kingdom Principles to aid in our transformative process.
100% Accountability . I believe providing accountability and creating the space for women to take action is KEY. It is easy to fall off course, lose momentum, get distracted on the journey, so having high level accountability is crucial in aiding you to break the spirit of in-completion over your life.

About Coach Mandy
As a Christian Wife and Mother of 5, who has overcome depression, fear, severe anxiety and procrastination. I was consumed with pride, guilt, shame and guilt. Too afraid to reach out for help, afraid of being judged. It came to a point when I began to question the reason for my existence. This led me on a journey to seek God’s face for healing and clarity.
After years of being in the Church I felt that I really didn't know God anymore. I felt empty, lost and confused so I began to ask God to reveal to me who He is? I asked God to heal me and align me with my purpose. I was tired, broken, hurt and confused, so I asked him to teach me how to truly serve him in spirit and in truth. I was fed up of just attending Church day in and day out, hiding under it's umbrella. I wanted to be real, honest with myself and with God, no more façade. I wanted to know who I was ? what was my purpose? how to heal from all the hurt and pain I was feeling? I was ready, ready to unlearn, relearn and align with my purpose. I was ready to be transformed by the renewing of my mind. I was ready to become a doer of word and not just a hearer. I was tired and fed up of doing things on my own. I was ready to do what it took to have a better life.
Eventhough I was married, had an ideal Job with the NHS I knew deep down there was more I had to offer the world, I just didn't know how to get it all out.
Like you, I began to search for Christian Coaches and Mentors to help me. This was definitely a big step for me because I was so afraid of opening up, and to be quite honest I had the mind that they didn't have anything to offer me because I had been in Church for years and I knew the word. (well, so I thought)
Yet still my soul was yearning for more. My soul was dying and I needed to be rescued.
So, I hired my first Christian Coach, who helped me to totally transform my life. She taught me all that I needed to help me re-align myself with God, discover my purpose,release and overcome all the pain I was experiencing, including Church hurt. I then went on to invest further in myself by employing a health coach and a mindset and business Coach who has to date helped and continue to help me elevate and create the life God has destined for me.
Today, I stand healed of depression, aligned and fully operating in my purpose. CEO of multiple businesses, walking with peace and abundance, experiencing God’s mercy and grace daily. No more fear, no more procrastinating and stagnancy.
It feels liberating.
My mission is to help Christian women like you to experience this miracle, for you to align with your purpose and experience a deeper relationship with God. My assignment is to teach you the strategies and principles that God taught me. To hold your hand and support you throughout the whole process, to ensure you experience the move of God in its fullness and finally step out and start using your gifts and expertise to serve others as a Coach.
